Harvey Weinstein and his estranged wife Georgina Chapman have been spotted together with their daughter for the first time since the disgraced Hollywood producer was subject to a series of sexual misconduct allegations.
The former couple, who are not thought to be on speaking terms since more than 80 allegations of sexual assault harassment and rape were brought against him, were both at the Fairfield County Hunt Club, in Westport, Connecticut, so Weinstein could drop off daughter India Pearl Weinstein, eight.
Weinstein was pictured wearing an electronic tag ahead of a court hearing on September 20, where he will resume his trial on charges of first and third-degree rape and a first-degree criminal sex act.
The prolific producer, 66, remains free after posting $1million bail.

Last year, Chapman, 41, announced she was divorcing him, though no custody settlement has been agreed. It is understood that she lives in a townhouse in New York’s affluent West Village with their two young children.
Weinstein and Chapman, cofounder of the Marchesa label, met at a party in London in 2004 and married in 2007.
