And the TV presenter looked nothing short of sensational while out enjoying a stand up paddle boarding session in Sydney’s Manly this week.
The blonde beauty revealed her washboard abs and lean legs in a green bikini top and white shorts, as she was led in the session by Vikki Weston of She SUPS.

Liv looked like a natural as she engaged her core muscles while paddling forward.
She was joined by former Bachelor and Bachelorette stars Monique Morley and Luke McLeod.
Monique showed off her toned figure in a black crop top and bike shorts, while Luke donned a white muscle tank that highlighted his biceps and black shorts.

Speaking to Who magazine in December, Liv detailed her day on a plate, and her approach to health and wellness.
‘I’m most grateful for my relationship with body image and self-confidence… I’m really proud that from a young age I’ve been quite sure of who I am and really stuck by that to be the best version of myself,’ she said.
Liv joked of her relationship with food: ‘I eat more than any guy I’ve ever dated and I eat more than my dad – thank god for a good metabolism!’
