The late actress Anne Heche named the stars she would like to play her in a film about her life in an eerie podcast interview seven months before her death.
Heche, 53, spoke without hesitation to name Miley Cyrus or Kristen Bell as the two actresses she believed could pull it off when speaking on the podcast ‘Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef’ in January.
‘I’ve already thought about it. Miley Cyrus or Kristen Bell,’ the Donnie Brasco star replied before Yontef had even finished the question.
Heche said she believed ‘those two girls’ had the ability to ‘pull off the humor that I have’ while also doing justice to ‘the journey that I’ve gone through.’
‘The two of them share a personality ability to face the world the way that I would want, that I feel like I have and would want portrayed.’
Anne Heche was declared dead on August 12 after suffering a horror car crash on August 5 in Los Angeles.

Heche praised Cyrus for her ability to flit between two such differing roles in Hannah Montana and her more adult persona in which she performed Wrecking Ball.
Cyrus rose to game as a Disney child star and Heche saw parallels with herself, whose breakout role was as a teenager on the soap opera, ‘Another World,’ with the dual-role of twins Vicky Hudson and Marley Love, for which she won an Emmy in 1991.
‘The ability for her to be able to pull off … I’ve seen her in Hannah Montana,’ Heche explained. ‘To be able to do that, to be able to express that, to be able to be as bold as she’s been — going from Disney into, you know, Wrecking Ball.’
She gushed over the 29-year-old singer for ‘the way she moves, the way she sings, her voice, her compassion, [the way] she f***ing loves everyone, her ability to get out on stage and sing a cappella.’

‘That would be the way that I would see a pure artist engaging with the world with the best time they could ever possibly have,’ she added. ‘That’s why Miley. And I think she’s a f***ing great actress.’
Although Heche never worked with Cyrus, she stared together with Bell in mother and daughter roles in the 2004 TV movie, ‘Gracie’s Choice.’
‘Kristen Bell gave me my second Emmy nomination,’ Heche told Yontef. ‘She and I played a mother and daughter in a Lifetime movie years ago.’

‘I see myself a lot in her,’ she went on. ‘I don’t think it was any mistake that I played her mom, and I want her to play me.’
A small bottle of vodka was pictured in Heche’s car, but preliminary blood tests performed after she was hospitalized did not find alcohol in her system. It did show, however, that she had cocaine and fentanyl in her system at the time the blood was taken in the hospital

On Sunday afternoon, Heche, 53, was taken off life support after health officials found suitable organ recipients more than a week after the crash, in which she suffered severe anoxic brain injury and lung damage from smoke inhalation.
Authorities say Heche first crashed into a garage, then sped away from the scene and barreled 90 mph into the two-story home of Lynne Mishele, who sustained serious enough injuries that police opened a felony investigation.
It took 59 firefighters over an hour to extinguish the blazing house – and half an hour to extract Heche from the fiery car, which exploded in the crash.
